Client is responsible for providing all necessary information in order to proceed with the commission. This includes both reference material and deadline information.

Once an agreement has been reached, the artist, will reserve a slot for the client for up to 48 hours, in which the invoice must be paid. Failure to pay within a timely manner will result to forfeiting the commission slot and allowing another client to take its position.

The client may choose to pay in full up front or an optional payment plan of the first 50% before the sketch and the remaining 50% before the coloring stage of the work.

The client understands that whether paid in full or installments, the first 50% of their commission fee serves as a non-refundable deposit.

The estimated turnaround time may vary due to the complexity of the piece, workload, health, etc., but final deliverables will be delivered within a maximum of of 90 days.

If needed, the client may request the option of a rushed delivery for an additional fee.

The client acknowledges that any payment sent without an invoice will be considered a tip.

The artist reserves the right to decline any commission for any reason.

In order to create the sketch, the client will work alongside the artist to decide on a composition that best highlights the character. After the initial sketch phase, the client will be allowed up to three minor edits either during the lineart and flat coloring stages. No revisions shall be granted during or after the coloring stage, except on a case-by-case basis, however minor touchups are okay.

Client may request an upgrade during the commission process, providing they pay the difference. The request may be made at any stage and may or may not be granted, depending. Should the upgrade request be accepted, the client should first wait for the artist to send an invoice for the upgrade fee, as any unsolicited funds sent will be considered a tip.

Client understands that unresponsiveness on the client's behalf may lead to delays in final deliverables and deadlines not being met. Should the client remain unresponsive for three or more weeks without prior notification, the artist reserves the right to cancel the commission with or without refund, depending on how much work is completed.

Should the client wish to cancel the commission, the amount refunded will be based on how much work has been completed minus the 50% non-refundable deposit. The client will receive the work that has been completed up to the point of cancellation with the understanding that it will not be modified further by the client or any third party. In the case of commercial work, the client is not granted any commercial license, as work is rendered incomplete.

In the event that the client engages in inappropriate, harassing, or combative behavior, the artist may cancel the commission with or without refund, at the discretion of the artist.

In the event that the artist is unable to complete the commission for any other reason than outlined above, the client will receive a refund, minus work completed.

Final deliverables will include either a .png or .jpg file as requested in both print and web resolution.

The artist shall assume responsibility of file backup during the process of the work. Upon the completion of the work the responsibility of data backup shall be transferred to the client.

The client may not edit, alter, or modify any process or final images provided to them by the artist without first written agreement.

The client may not claim credit or remove the artist's signature from any process or final images or enlist the help of another for the same purpose.

The client understands that delivered work is for personal, non-commercial use only, unless otherwise discussed and a commercial usage fee has been paid. Works displayed on monetized platforms such as Youtube, Tiktok, Patreon, etc., are considered commercial works.

The client may repose the finished piece at web resolution with proper credit given to the artist.

The artist reserves full rights to work produced, including but not limited to sketches, work in progress, unfinished, and finished pieces.

The artist reserves all rights to publish the work and progress works in any place and manner the artist deems fit, including but not limited to streaming, publishing timelapses, or publishing on any revenue generating sources, such as Patreon, Gumroad, prints, artbooks, etc.

It is strictly prohibited to use any images obtained in any way from the artist for any sort of AI or machine learning/training purposes. It is prohibited to edit, modify, transform, use as a base, use as a reference, upload, etc., any images from artist into anything which outputs machine generated content.
